Abstract

Frame's method is an alternative method suggested for determining characteristic polynomial of graphs. This paper aims to use this method for some molecular graphs. An algorithm for Frame's method is given and it is verified that this algorithm is effective upto 26 vertices. Eigenvalues of propane, butane, pentane, hexane and octane are calculated.
