Abstract. In today's Communication Network, like Internet has undergone a fabulous develop both in network capacity and end users, there is need to provide to Quality of Service with low-delay network service. QoS steering provides guaranteed end to end service effectively and efficiently in medium size network. To improve the scalability in large networks partitions the whole network into manageable blocks. Network partition is the best solution to improve the scalability problem in large networks. State aggregation technique that provides QoS steering scalable. In this paper, a new technique is projected for reducing the overhead involved in QoS steering enhance with the network size. The main idea of this method is to combine the information from the analysis of different aggregation when many flows are multiplexed and flows are routed to different nodes. Numerical results show that insight to understand of the behavior of queueing network, where a large number of flows aggregated at various nodes.
